● Characteristics and Application

The sensor adopts double shear beam structure with pin shape, which has the characteristics of anti eccentric load, anti twist and high precision. It is a special sensor for measuring radial load of bearing, pulley and other components or tension of steel wire rope. It can be installed in the structure instead of pulley pin to measure radial force. It can not only replace the original axle function, but also play the role of load cell, so that the mechanical components of the whole load cell system are greatly simplified. It can be applied to the process control and system measurement of hoisting, water conservancy, ship and other industries.
